Wugang’s B500B British Standard Reinforcing Steel Successfully Enters the African Market

(a subsidiary of Jingye Group in Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia) successfully rolled B500B reinforcing steel compliant with the British Standard (BS). The first batch of this order will be shipped to Senegal—the first West African country to sign a Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) cooperation agreement with China—via BRI logistics channels, where it will be deployed in key local infrastructure projects. In response to this inaugural African market order, Wugang rapidly activated an integrated production–sales–R&D coordination mechanism. On January 6, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony of the first phase of the calcium carbonate whisker nanoparticle composite material project in Guanyang County, Guangxi, was held, marking a new layout in China's large-scale application of non-metallic mineral nanocrystal composites. 14 Years of Scientific Research: Historic Breakthrough in Insulating Nanocrystal Electroluminescence Technology

On November 20, 2025 (Beijing Time), a research team led by Professors Xu Hui and Han Chunmiao from the School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science of Heilongjiang University, in collaboration with researchers from Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School and the National University of Singapore, published a landmark research result in the top international journal Nature.
