1K107D, 1K107A,1K107B Nanocrystalline magnetic core
For the iron-based nanocrystalline core with the grade of1K107D, the molten alloy israpidly quenched into the amorphous strip through a rapidsolidification process, and nanocrystalline grains areprecipitated on the amorphous matrix through heattreatment in the later period with such excellentcharacteristics as high saturated magnetic inductionintensity, high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, low loss, good stability, high strength and toughness, and wear andcorrosion resistance. As the nanocrystalline alloy with thebest cost performance among metal soft magneticmaterials, they can replace the silicon steel, permalloy andferrite to be an ideal material for medium- and high-frequency transformers, transformers and inductivecomponents.
